How long does it take for a machine or goods to reach me after an order is placed?

For orders shipped by flight it usually takes 10-15 days and for orders shipped by sea it usually takes 30-45 days.

Where do I receive my goods?

At our office location or they can be delivered to the location instructed by the client accordingly.

Are any of the machines available sold in Tanzania?

Yes, a few machines are available and sold in Tanzania. Kindly contact us in order to know which machines are available for purchase already in Tanzania.

Do you offer installation services of the machines?

Yes, upon customer request we can do so accordingly.
